How ONÀ House collects and uses your personal information. Last updated September 2026.
ONÀ House is an art gallery based in London. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email hello@ona.house.
When you make an enquiry or send a commission brief, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, where you’re based and the information in your message. We don’t collect payment details through this website.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings, commissions, sales and delivery, and keep a record of our conversation. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked us to.
We only share your details where it’s needed to help you — for example, with an artist about a commission, or with a courier to deliver your work. Our website is hosted by Webflow, which processes form submissions on our behalf.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or purchase, and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@ona.house and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
