What’s included in every price, and how long your artwork takes to arrive.
Every price on ONÀ includes the original work, ready to hang (stretched on canvas or framed), careful packing, the export permit, and shipping and import into the UK. There’s nothing extra to pay until it reaches the UK.
Delivery from our UK hub to your home is added at checkout, based on where you are and the size of the work. We use trusted couriers such as DHL, and you’ll see the cost before you pay.
Most UK collectors receive their work within 3–4 weeks of purchase, and international collectors within 4–6 weeks.
Commissions take longer, because each piece is made from scratch for you. Timings depend on the artwork, its size and the artist, so we’ll talk you through the timeline personally when we discuss your commission.
Works marked Reserved or Sold can’t be bought online, but you can still enquire. We’ll let you know if a reserved work becomes available — or we can ask the artist to create a similar piece for you as a commission.
